Chelsea Handler Will Be Hosting This Year’s VMA’s!
Yesterday MTV.com announced that Chelsea Handler will be hosting this year’s VMA’s!
She also announced the news on her show Chelsea Lately on E!.
The 27th annual MTV Video Music Awards will be broadcast live from the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles on September 12 at 9 p.m. ET.
Fans can go to VMA.MTV.com (or text VMA to 97979 if they are Verizon subscribers) to vote for the winners from now through September 12.

Kat Stacks Book Details, The Best Rapper She Had, & More!!! (VIDEO)
Last Wednesday [this year's] favorite groupie Kat Stacks was a guest on Kandi Burruss & Friends Kandi Koated Nights. Her whole body language made it seem like she was uncomfortable, but I digress. I included a video from the episode, but I will highlight the important points of Kandi’s interview with Kat.
1. She has a book coming out (most of us knew that), but the book will NOT, I repeat NOT, be about her recent or current sexual exploits. She said they did not want to go the Karrine “Superhead” Stephens route. The book, instead will be about Kat’s life prior to all the hype.
2. She is featured in September’s issue of XXL Magazine (With Shyne & Jezzy splitting the cover), where she exposes a few more rappers. She also gives more information about herself.
3. She is working with her manager on getting her t.v. series off the ground
4. She only blasts people when they “cut” her off
5. She started stripping at the age of 14
6. She doesn’t know Bart [the guy who slapped her] personally, she only tried to set him, up but he didn’t fall for it
7. She keeps her family (minus her mother) out of the media to protect them. Anyone who follows Kat on Twitter (@IHateKatStacks) knows her mother also has a Twitter account (@Momma_Stacks).
8. She didn’t plan all of this, she was just drunk one night & started tweeting & her tweets ended up on Mediatakeout
9. She admitted that 1 (there are 2) of the BEST rappers she has slept with is…Jae Millz [He knows how to keep going]! There is another rapper who performs well Kat says, but she is still bangin him, & doesn’t want to expose him.
We already knew that Kat had a sexual relationship with Millz, but I never knew she thought he was the best. I seen all the reports where she accused him of being the one to call Child Protective Services on her a few months ago.
Here is what she is quoted saying to HipHopDX a few months ago when asked about sleeping with ALL of Young Money;
The first time I met Millz was through this other square bitch, because she didn’t know what the fuck she was doing with him. I snatched his number from her phone and we started talking. I told him it was $650 for each hour, so he was like, “Oh, let me see you in person.” We met up and he let me up to his crib. He paid for like seven hours the first time I met him. After that, about three weeks later he called me up again in Miami to bring some more girls over. I brought two girls over and he paid for them too. Gudda Gudda was there too.-HipHopDX

Ellen DeGeneres Is Leaving Idol After Only 1 Season
After only one year behind the judges’ table on American Idol, Ellen DeGeneres is leaving the show.
This is what Ellen told Access Hollywood yesterday:
“A couple months ago, I let FOX and the American Idol producers know that this didn’t feel like the right fit for me.”
“I told them I wouldn’t leave them in a bind and that I would hold off on doing anything until they were able to figure out where they wanted to take the panel next.”
She also revealed that the decision wasn’t that easy for her:
“It was a difficult decision to make, but my work schedule became more than I bargained for.”
“I also realized this season that while I love discovering, supporting and nurturing young talent, it was hard for me to judge people and sometimes hurt their feelings.”
Although she is leaving, Ellen said she is thankful for the experience.
“I loved the experience working on ‘Idol’ and I am very grateful for the year I had. I am a huge fan of the show and will continue to be,” her statement concluded.
iCan totally understand why she’s leaving. Idol isn’t her thing at all, and a lot of people stated that, hell we all knew that when they picked her in the 1st place.
I’m actually glad that Ellen is leaving, besides the try outs and some of the special celebrity performers, she was the only reason iActually watched the show this year.

M.I.A. Takes Shots At Oprah & Lady Gaga
In an interview with Time Out London, M.I.A. decided to say some things about Lady Gaga (who she indeed dissed before) and also some read between the line remarks about Oprah.
M.I.A. stated:
“Oprah seemed like she was giving me the cold shoulder,” she was with David Bowie’s wife Iman. Iman was always dancing with me, hugging and kissing me, but Oprah seemed really pissed off with me.”
“Also, [Winfrey] made this huge speech at the ball praising Lady Gaga about how she is helping Americans to be the best of themselves.”
There’s millions of other Americans who represent that for me. Is [it] about numbers? About how much you’re selling? Is it truly about the journey? Because [Lady Gaga's] journey isn’t that difficult: to go from the fucking Upper East Side to a fucking performing arts school and onto a stage at the museum of fucking wherever. That journey’s about four miles.”
Earlier this year M.I.A. called Lady Gaga a rip off stating that she tips off the work of artists such as Madonna and Grace Jones. She then called her a good mimic.
Wow, iCan understand her taking shots at Lady Gaga but not Oprah!
